Meet the Team at MD Medical VIVACY

With a double bachelor’s degree from Université de Montréal and Université du Québec in Psychology and Business Administration respectively, and some time spent in the MBA program at HEC, Manon Duval went on to work in the aesthetic medicine industry, specifically in the field of dermal fillers, for over 30 years.

She founded her own company, Manon Duval Medical Inc. in 2001.

Manon has carved out an enviable place for herself in the Canadian market due to her flair for discovering safe, cutting-edge products, and her ongoing rapport with customers.

In December 2022, Manon partnered with Laboratoires VIVACY in France to form MD Medical VIVACY.

She has over 20 years’ experience helping entrepreneurs manage their businesses, and over 10 years of experience as a manager herself. Always in solution mode, she is a resourceful and determined ally for all her colleagues.

Tanya holds a degree in International Business and Marketing from Concordia University. She’s a seasoned professional, having honed her skills in various marketing roles across diverse industries. She has an eye for detail, a meticulous approach, and a collaborative spirit.

From creative agency account management for leading CPG brands to field sales in the medical aesthetics industry covering skincare, device and injectables, Stefanie brings 13 years of sales, marketing, brand strategy and business development to our team. 

Yolanta holds a Degree in Clinical Microbiology and Medical Laboratory Technology. She is a member of the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS), and has been a clinical trainer and business development specialist in the field of aesthetic medicine for over 18 years. She joined MD Medical VIVACY in 2005.    

Yolanta has unrivalled experience in the field of aesthetic medicine. She teaches highly praised masterclasses across Canada, and has shared her passion for aesthetic medicine and taught new techniques to many professionals. 

Armed with a solid foundation in business, specializing in marketing from York University, Alexa brings over 6 years of invaluable expertise in the medical device industry to our team. Alexa’s unwavering commitment lies in fostering enduring customer relationships, provinding the highest standards of service delivery, and consistently driving unparalleled customer satisfaction. Leveraging her diverse experience and a strategic blend of marketing insights and business acumen, she plays a pivotal role in empowering clients to achieve substantial growth and success within their respective domains.
